Gently listen to your inner awareness. Experience your enchanted sweetspot. It’s where your nurturing voice emanates.

Try to follow where any fleeting thought came from outside your body (if there is one that takes your attention away from your concentration or meditation). This other spot can be experienced as discovering the outer awareness of yourself.

Feel where your inner awareness and outer awareness come together and meet. Once you have recognized this and have focused on it for a brief time, you may have achieved a state of beautiful synergy.

Blossom...! Become your nurturing light. Transcend self, time, and space.

Advanced meditation transcends an obsession. You are nicely focused. The way is beyond right or wrong.

Your mind becomes magically silent in meditation. The world, time and life stops as we know it.

PS: Many books introduce meditation. Few are designed specifically for advanced meditation. All meditators regardless of their level, experience idealized states in fleeting fashion. Be wary of teachers who offer overly idealized hopes. States of mind while meditating, naturally ebb and flow, like waves coming ashore.
